Brenda Faison and Associates (BF&A) is a multi-disciplinary design firm. Each Associate specializes in a different area including graphic design, illustration, website design and advertising design. The Associates run their own design teams and projects, but may draw upon the capabilities of the whole group to serve the client’s particular needs. Our clients benefit from our multidisciplinary approach which is an intermix of viewpoints and skills that keep the design work original and evolving. Clients also prosper from the advantages of this approach.

Through experience design, we strive to create involvement that extends beyond just the products or services of traditional design firms. The experience design model strives for creating experiences, and views of a product or service from the entire lifecycle with a customer, from before the client perceives the need, to when they discard it.

Our goal is to create a relationship with individuals, versus targeting a mass market. We are concerned with invoking and creating an environment that connects on an emotional or value level to the customer. This approach is built upon both traditional design disciplines in the creation of products, services, as well as environments in a variety of disciplines. Additionally, we bring state-of-the- art technologies to bear on the execution of concepts and solutions.
